Joseph Burnett
GAME DESIGNER/SCRIPTER
SHORT SUMMARY
I am currently a Game Design student in Ulster University in Belfast working in freelance/placement. I grew up in England, spending most of my time playing various games on the PlayStation 2, where I grew to love games, and was always curious from a young age how they worked.
I passed my Leaving Certificate in secondary school, but I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, so I went into alternate education for two years, which really shaped the direction I wanted to go in. From there, I went to North West Regional College in Derry for another two years, where I learned about a large variety of different subjects such as programming, databases and animations.

After I graduated, I was accepted into Ulster University. I am incredibly grateful to be given the chance to study something I have loved for most of my life, and want to learn as much as I can from it.
